Horrible insurance company! Liars and very dishonest!! There adjusters are a joke.. They don't return calls and hang up on you after you question there wrong information. Seems like I'm going to have to hire a attorney to try and get the money that is owed. Spend your money elsewhere not with Fred loya!

Horrible customer service. No one knows anything and when you call your agent it doesn't answer there it bounces throughout the entire offices and then the answer is I don't know. Won't give you discount if you don't set up auto pay. Honestly a bunch of clueless idiots that aren't trained and take advantage of the non English speaking to profit and keep open. Sad excuse for an insurance company.
