DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO PAY MY INSURANCE FOR THE PAST 5 DAYS MANUALLY. BECASUE THEY SAID THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO DRAFT THE MONEY AND THEY COULDNT. IVE HAD THE MONEY IN THERE. AND I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO PAY MANUALLY SO MY POLICY WASNT CANCLED AND THEY WOULDNT LET ME AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY A REINSTATMENT FEE EVEN THOUGHT I DID EVERYTHING I POSSIBLY COULD HAVE TO ATTEMPT TO PAY IT MANUALLY SO THIS DIDNT HAPPEN. I HAVE CALLED THEM EVERYDAY SINCE THE FIRST. BECAUSE THEY WERE IRRESPONSIBLE I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. THAT IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.

This insurance is rubbish, it's useless, I don't recommend it at all, I've spent horrible days trying to get help and they don't solve my problem, on the contrary, I'm getting worse and worse, I leave thousands of messages and it's just for fun that the adjuster never does anything to you. a call and when you try to communicate with him it is in vain, they hang up on your calls and evade all responsibility in my opinion it is better to go without insurance than with this crap from Fred Loya that does not solve anything, if you want to get into trouble all the time call I don't know why they pay so many salaries to Fred Loya, if in the end no one solves anything, I don't recommend him at all.

Horrible service this company charges HIGH deductibles and then rob you blind if your car is totaled out I WOULD NOT recommend this insurance!!!

Horrible customer service, literally spent ONE HOUR AMD SEVEN minutes on hold at the Tomball, Tx location!! No one checked on me or gave me an update on my situation! When I finally hung up and tried calling them again, they wouldn’t even pick up my call!! I just started a policy 10 days ago, paid them $339 and they can’t help me out with my situation because one of the vehicles on my policy is in the shop, for mechanical mind you, to bring it for PICTURES! Pictures they took 10 days ago!!

Their client hit and totaled my car. I have had little to no response to get things settled and its been over 2 months. Between low offers for my car so I can buy a suitable replacement, a terrible rental car reimbursement program, and an abysmally low offer for the carseat that has to be replaced, I am extremely unhappy with their company.
How can a company say they will replace a $300 car seat and then turn around and only offer $37.50 for it because its 2 years old?? The sear is advertised to grow with the child and keep them safe for 10 years (if its not in an accident). Had it not been for their driver, I would not have had to pay so much out of pocket and its around the holidays, to make matters worse.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been trying to settle a claim with Fred Loya Insurance company for over a month. Their insured received the citation, and it was extremely difficult to receive a rental car but they finally did for approx 10fays then cancelled the agreement. They sent the paperwork for settlement to my employee addressed him as the owner of the vehicle so I am not able to sign paperwork nor can I get anyone at the Fred Loya agency to return my calls. They are not ethical not even able to follow through and are a risk to anyone who pays a premium. You will find that you cannot leave messages when transferred because mail box is full, phone numbers not working, it’s sad and terrible

Absolutely horrible to deal with. I was hit by their client from behind while stopped at a stoplight. Their client was kind and I have no problem with them whatsoever. I was hit 23rd of December in the late afternoon. My back and neck immediately began to hurt me on the drive home. I spent Christmas weekend in pain and sought out chiropractic treatment that Monday and have been going since, 3 days a week. I was advised by their agent (name escapes me at the moment) to continue to seek treatment and was sent a packet to fill out. I just received a call from them informing me that they would be denying my claim since I waited 4 days to see anyone. Keep in mind this was CHRISTMAS weekend, nothing was open. I will be taking legal recourse to cover my expenses. Absolutely atrocious company. I'm not surprised in the least at their rating.

This company is absolutely terrible. Do not go with Fred loya. They do not care about anything but your money. They will not help with your claims. They will not provide proper information in order to make the correct claims. And they leave you waiting for hours on end. They say they will call you back and NEVER do. And they do not hold themselves accountable ever. They do not give one ounce of help after a claim is filed and you are not found at fault. They give up right then and there. Then when you try to get necessary information they give you the run around.

Fred loya took no consideration into making an investigation on my claim when I was in an accident. They just blamed me for the accident when I was cut off by two cars. Terrible service. Terrible company. 0/10 recommendation

worst insurance company ever.. claims adjusters are never available! took 2 weeks for them to tell me my car was totaled and are currently taking forever to pay my dealership. now i’m without a vehicle cause they can’t extend my rental services. cheap prices but you end up paying for that in the end
