Whenever you come to this location, ask for Cynthia! Her customer service is amazing and always tries her best to make sure you’re satisfied as a customer. She goes above and beyond to make sure what insurance plan is best for you, and I’m incredibly thankful to have gotten my insurance with her. People here are giving bad reviews because of the insurance THEY chose but that’s not Fred Loya’s employees fault! They explain thoroughly before you decide what insurance plan is the one you’re going for. Very glad I came here!

Cintia is the most incompetent person on the face of the earth, I took out my car insurance with a Fredloya agent and she told me that all I needed was for me to go to any office so they would take photos of the car. And when I went to this office this girl is super rude, poorly educated and not at all professional. He says he couldn't take the photos. Couldn't be more incompetent

Since my review got deleted, I’ll say it again..
I’ve worked at my dealership for over 10 years, so when I tell you DO NOT. I repeat… DO NOT choose them for car insurance, they do not operate appropriately as other insurance companies do. I mean for crying out loud, I don’t even get emails nor texts about monthly payments, no receipts.. nothing.
We sell over 100 and more inventory every month, I will not mention Fred Loya again.

The lady who is working there her behavior is really weird myself had policy with fred loya insurance because of her i canceled it and my all friend canceled their policy from there Cuz of her.fred loya insurance told me i will get my money in 30 days it is only a refund i don’t know why.It is the worst insurance company ever I have seen.Address is: 9631 fondren Rd, Houston, TX,77096I recommend everyone cancel your policy with them and go somewhere good.

Horrible customer service, literally spent ONE HOUR AMD SEVEN minutes on hold at the Tomball, Tx location!! No one checked on me or gave me an update on my situation! When I finally hung up and tried calling them again, they wouldn’t even pick up my call!! I just started a policy 10 days ago, paid them $339 and they can’t help me out with my situation because one of the vehicles on my policy is in the shop, for mechanical mind you, to bring it for PICTURES! Pictures they took 10 days ago!!

Their client hit and totaled my car. I have had little to no response to get things settled and its been over 2 months. Between low offers for my car so I can buy a suitable replacement, a terrible rental car reimbursement program, and an abysmally low offer for the carseat that has to be replaced, I am extremely unhappy with their company.
How can a company say they will replace a $300 car seat and then turn around and only offer $37.50 for it because its 2 years old?? The sear is advertised to grow with the child and keep them safe for 10 years (if its not in an accident). Had it not been for their driver, I would not have had to pay so much out of pocket and its around the holidays, to make matters worse.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

There coverage is expensive and they don't have roadside assistance include in there full coverage insurance packet.
