Pretty expensive quote was 600 dollars more than progressive for exact same coverage. I was a little shocked. However, the lone employee was very nice and helpful. I came to the store at 2pm during business hours and the store was closed and nobody was answering phone. I waited for 45 minutes the door opened and lights came on. Like I said the employee was great friendly and helpful. The decor was pretty bad and they had four or five desk but only one employee. Huge now hiring sign out in front of the business. I would give one star like I said the employee was really good but everything else about the business not so much

I went into Fred Loya Insurance August 31, 2022 to get new insurance. I arrived there at about 5:45pm right before they closed at 6pm. I thought they were going to tell me that I would have to come back the next day. It was one customer in front of me. I asked the young lady would they be able to help me even though they were closing at 6 she said yes. After she got through with the person ahead of me she got right with me. I must say Miss Melanie was very attentive, polite, helpful, patient and just had over all impeccable customer service! She stayed sharp and got the job done. I recommend Fred Loya 614 S.Wayside Ste. 300 to anyone who’s looking to get insurance. The environment was very welcoming. Thank you Miss Melanie for assisting me!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only reason why i still have Fred Loya is because I'm a procrastinator! The location off Wayside Dr.(Houston, Texas)has horrible customer service!If you go with a situation close to closing time,don't be surprised if one of the girls there tells you she leaves right on time?!I'm giving them 1star rating only because there's no lower rating then that!

I have been a Loyal customer for 8 months.. And I must say they have the SLOWEST SERVICE IN AMERICA! I have to WAIT over 30 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in to make a payment. ... I hate the SERVICE... I'm just trying to make a year with the Company. That way I can get a GREAT DISCOUNT with another Insurance Provider...

They are just outdated. Nothing can be done via internet/phone/email. Every change requires you to go into their location to do. It is very inconvenient to manage a policy.
