Lol I'm shocked and disappointed by the staff's response. They claimed they aren't accepting insurance for Hyundai, which raises the question - why operate a business if you're not going to accept insurance? It's frustrating to encounter such a denial

I shopped around and Fred Loya had the best pricing out of all insurance companies. I would definitely call and check them out.

This insurance company is horrible! They don't answer the phone when you're calling about your claim and a lot of the numbers are disconnected. They play a lot of games. They are very unprofessional. They should be ashamed to have their last name on this company.

They are not friendly at all unless you are making a payment or getting a new policy.Also, taking pictures of my car for liability insurance only was crazy. I made my payment 2 days late and she took more pictures!When I changed insurance companies, I found out my coverage was not being reported monthly to the insurance board!

Great customer service by the agent that assisted me. The location is in a good location. Only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is due to the fact that there were only 2 agents and I sat in the waiting area for a while without ever being acknowledged. There were no other customers there. The agent that helped me was on the phone. Once she called me, she was pleasant and helpful.

I hope none of you reading this is employed with Fred Loya Insurance but this is a must post. Did you know Fred Loya Insurance sells policy coverage to owners of cars that DO NOT possess a driver’s license? Then when these clients get into an at-fault accident their claim is denied based on ‘unlawful operation of a motor vehicle without a license.’ One could say this is by far an unscrupulous business practice that actually promotes the illegal operation of motor vehicles by
