When I come here it’s always such a positive experience. If you are looking for an AMAZING stylist, who knows exactly what you need, ask for Leo. She’s helped me a few times now and I always leave feeling confident and with a handful of wonderful outfits, thanks to her. Shopping can be overwhelming, but I can’t recommend her and this store enough.

I went in to Francesca's for the first time this past weekend, searching for teacher appreciation gifts. The store is extremely small and filled with pungent scents, which give me a migraine. However, that is not my complaint. My complaint is that there were two or three persons working the store and no one gave me any kind of attention, not even a greeting. I found a few items and stood at the check-out counter for a while before anyone even bothered to come check me out, and even then she acted like she was doing me a big favor. I'll be returning the items now -- I can get little totskes elsewhere!
