Best Store for Teens and Eva is the BEST Sell Associate!!!! We are so lucky to have found Francesca’s in Rice Village.
The store has so many affordable cute and unique items with good quality, and super friendly associates. Eva is particularly very sweet, welcoming, and patiently helping my teens, an asset to the store. Will be a regular customer for Francesca’s from now on. Thanks for your passion and great products!!!

I enjoyed my shopping experience so I have to share. The young ladies working provided great customer service! They were so attentive, nice, funny, and all around great salespeople. According to my receipt Iris was my associate. I'm not sure as I forget to get their names. Both ladies were great especially my associate that helped my pick out my dress and earrings.

Wife called saying that we would be there 2 mins before closing. They still closed on us even though we arrived before closing time. The lady wasn’t trying to help just wanted to leave instead of putting the customer first and I would know because I work in customer service. Never having my wife buy from this company again!!!

Not as organized as some of the other stores (style and color), but they had a decent variety and friendly customer service. Didn't find what I liked in my size but I would shop this location again. Dressing rooms were clean. Associate was masked.

I had a great experience at Francesca’s on University Blvd, along with all stores in Rice Village. I have been looking for a replicate of a certain pair of earrings at Francesca’s all over Houston. Although they didn’t have that pair in store, Megan helped me hunt them down. Since I had the pair I was looking for, she went through my Francesca’s account to find the item number, couldn’t find it online, used the process of elimination to figure out the item number, took a picture of my earrings, sent it to another store that supposedly had it, and within minutes, bam, Galleria had it. Wow, I gotta say, I am thoroughly impressed by all the steps she went through just to satisfy her customers.
The Rice Village Francesca’s is now my go-to for anything I need.

I love the employees there. They're very helpful and seem to know what they are doing. The employees helped me choose several outfits now that I am shopping for more outfits for bridal showers that are affordable. I will say that the organization of the store makes it hard to find what I need. Sometimes the store seems cluttered which at the smaller boutiques in the area you can see how the clothes are more spaced out.

I went there on a thursday around noon and ended up picking out 4 items. At the register I asked to return one of the 2 pair of earrings I had picked out. Victoria checked me out. I should've checked my bag to ensure everything was in but I didn't (so I probably deserved this). Anywhoo. I did not open my bag until around 6pm that evening when I was getting ready to leave for dinner. Earrings were not in the bag. I called the store and Victoria answered the phone. She stated that I had left the earrings. According to her, I took them out of the bag to look at them and then left them on the counter....(why in the world would I do that?). Could it be that she just simply forgot to put my earrings in the bag? To avoid a phone argument about who did what, I just went along with this explanation and told her that I would go back for them when I could. I couldn't go in Friday because of work so I went back today( Saturday). Christine at the register did not know about the earrings since this had not been noted anywhere. She did make a call to someone else who also did not know about these earrings.I asked her if she could look them up with the item # on my receipt. This was not done.( Not sure why). She did however ask me to find them from the display. Didn't see them, so she processed a refund. Reason for this long rant is because small things like this do matter to me. I don't think it would've taken much time to attach a note to that pair of earrings and let the next staff know that customer was coming to pick them up. I really liked those earrings and maybe that's also why I am a bit upset. Otherwise, they do have really cute and unique things.
