DOES NOT PAY THEIR VENDOR CONTRACTS!! Francesca’s has always carried adorable, curated collections from small businesses across the United States… come to find out they are putting tons of small businesses in DEBT due to not paying their invoices on time (or AT ALL). This is a total shame. If you see something you like, please support the brands directly instead of this trash company.

I was honestly carried away by the bad reviews on the warehouse. It was nothing like that in my opinion. You do have to dig through a lot of the racks, but that’s what I expected. Some of the items do have makeup stains, you can very easily treat them .I actually found really good items for an amazing price. The ladies in the front are very nice too!

Francesca's currently owes multiple small businesses over $132K in unpaid invoices. It's not ok to place orders with small businesses for products to sell in Francesca's locations and then NOT pay those invoices. Small businesses don't have deep pockets and getting their products into retail chains like a Francesca's is considered a "dream come true" for these small business owners...but not when you don't pay them!! It's disgusting behavior on Francesca's part. Really shameful.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company is not paying its vendors. I personally know the vendors such as mugsby that are owed over $130,000. Shame on you for taking advantage of small businesses. You made an order. You didn’t pay. You continued to order with full knowledge you never intended to pay. Disgraceful. Make it right and pay those you owe. Do not buy from Francesca’s - they are thieves and have stolen from businesses by taking product they have not paid for. They’ve then sold those items for profit to unknowing customers.

Now I drove 2 hours to check it out , me personally it was well worth the drive !
Yes , the reviews made me question myself , and yes there are some clothing that had stains but as I saw not to bad , still pretty good deals
My only flaws was the customer service , the two people that were working , just rude . No service at all. but if again in the area I will come back!

The hours are wrong on google. I got there at 9:15am on a Friday and it was closed.
Please update the hours. I think I remember seeing it to open at 10am M-F
The clothes are $5 some $10-$15 so just have that in mind. I was able to find cute clothes but you really have to go through the racks as some clothes are stained or ripped. Overall it is basically a thrift store and it is not a big store either pretty small as I thought it would be bigger seeing as it is stated as a warehouse. Maybe it was my misunderstanding on that part.
