"well go get it their then mentality" however if you can reach a member of higher staff you will be retreated most respectfully. good help is hard to find and some of their staff reminds you of this.

I needed a part that was discontinued 20 years ago, and was rare to begin with. They had it, and was able to ship to the east coast within a few days, and the part was in great shape and worked perfectly, and was a very reasonable price. Great service.

Called and talked with JR. about door for Acura..He said yes he had it and i should come check it out..so went to the yard..door was in good shape..and JR. had me in and out in 30-40 minutes..I have been dealing with wrecking yards 30 yrs..This was easy process compared to may others..THnx JR> Kelso Automotive
