Beth helped us, she was amazing. She picked out so many dresses that looked great on my daughter. She wasn't pushy, it was a great experience. Weekdays are the best time to go.

I loved my experience at this store! I went in a Thursday morning, so there wasn’t as many people as on the weekends. I was looking for a dress to buy that same day, and found the perfect one. Bertha was really nice, and helped me find the perfect style of dress and color. She was patient with me and helped me decide on the perfect dress. Fatima was also really helpful with trying on the dresses and zipping them up for me. They have a great selection of dresses! Truly 10/10

While they do have pretty dresses customer service is terrible. Manager slammed into me after raising concerns and not allowing me to zip my daughter’s dress. She lost a quince sell of 12+ dresses. Along with managing a store comes pressure and if you cant deal with it, it is not for you.

They had so much selection and workers were very helpful and sweet. Berta helped me make my selection and she’s the best! 10/10 recommend for formal dresses!! Very neat and clean.

This store is such a good environment I really appreciate the employees, especially Fela and Bertha they are great with helping out very sweet I recommend this store, prices are great, and the dresses even better I love it.

Only giving two stars because dresses are pretty and they have a nice selection. However they are not accommodating to their customers at all like other stores in the area are. Lady at the register could care less about helping customer when the vendor made the mistake in a dress size. She literally shrugged her shoulders and said “it’s nothing she can do”. Other stores in the area were so happy to help out after I left this location.

I try to give other retail/department stores a chance to find formal wear, but Harwin is usually the spot. I was not happy with the service at a nearby formal store, so I was walking around the plaza and found FN Formals. I wish I remembered her name, but the sales associate who helped me was wonderful from the moment she greeted me. She asked me all the right questions, pointed me in the right direction, was not pushy, and was super helpful. She told me what dresses she had in which size, what she could/could not order, she showed me pictures in the catalog, and encouraged me to try on as many dresses as I needed. The ladies in the dressing room area were fast and helpful with trying multiple dresses. The dressing rooms are spacious as is the whole area. The whole store is clean and doesn't feel cramped like other stores that have so many dresses it's hard to walk through and it's overwhelming. I ordered the dress and it came in on time! I was allowed to pay a deposit instead of the whole thing. The owner has hired amazing women who speak English and Spanish.

I just wanted to say I visited 3 stores in this area and the best customer service was from FN formals. I dealt with Daniela and some of the other girls they were all wonderful. Daniela took special care I tried on like over 8 dresses and she was patient and worked with me to find something I liked . Patience is a virtue. The manager Fela was also very lovely . The owner of this store should be proud to know that his store stands out because of the type of customer care that is given. Thank you Daniela for the great service you gave. I will tell everyone I know about this store .Mala Maraj

My daughter found her quince dress but the girl who helped her was not what we expected, she was rushing us and even though other girls were trying on multiple dresses over the max ammount she made us stop at 3 . The place had nice dresses just wish customer service was better. I would recommend the place still reguardless . Price was affordable
