We recently purchased new hardwood floors from Floors 2 Luv, along with having our travertine tile floors cleaned and resealed. They did an outstanding job removing our old wood floors and carpet, then installed new wood flooring in 5 rooms. Jaime was our sales person and he oversaw the project and completed it ahead of schedule. Their crew was very organized and respectful of our property and cleaned up after each day of work. I highly recommend Floors 2 Luv!

DO NOT use them! They ruined my 2nd floor. I trusted good reviews but they just want your money and you can see their quality yourself.Now I have to hire another company to redo their job and when I asked for a partial refund- they refused.Do you self a. Favor and DO NOT USE because they are horrible !!!

Very professional team. Arrived on time. They were clean and efficient. My floor was done in one day. There was a little hiccup and it didn’t put blame and fixed it right away at no additional cost. Definitely recommended

Floors2Luv did a beautiful job with our stairs, including the curved section at the bottom. Dust was minimized, and they were fully done within a few days. We did have one issue later on with the installation, and the team came out the next day to fix it. Very responsive, and all workers were professional and timely.Service: Stair flooring

We had an amazing experience with Floors 2 Luv. We worked with Alvaro and his crew, and they were responsive, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the end result. They even did multiple stain samples to make sure the stain in the primary bedroom matched the rest of the house since the types of wood used were different. They were fast and completed the project when they said they would, and the floors look amazing. We would highly recommend them!Services: Flooring repair
