I am a contractor and I come to this store very often. Out of all the times I’ve been to this store none of the guys have offered to help me load my truck with tiles. Xzavier, was the only rep that had done this in the 4 years that I’ve been working here. Crazy thing is that he is new to this store. Keep up the good work X. P.S Darla from Pro desk is amazing too!

My dad and I were gathering tiles and flooring for new bathroom. Isaiah was extremely helpful and kind both days that he went! He was amazing and very knowledgeable. He helped load up the car and gather all the supplies we needed! 10/10 would ask for Isaiah again. Good luck with Respiratory Therapist school!

Just don't loose your receipt. They deduct 20 percent on a return on a product never opened. And you can only do a store credit so they get the money anyway. Feels like I got robbed.

Excellent service & products. Cleopatra was so helpful & knowledgeable. The showroom is beautiful.The samples are a plus too so you can see them at home. Wonderful experience.

They certainly have the inventory. On line system let's you check to make sure location has sufficient inventory. There is a 1 day wait for pick up if ordered on line, so if you need immediately, best to go pull yourself.

My husband and I needed help selecting floors for our home and Kolby was amazing. Gave great insight, made quotes and then quickly sent updated quotes when we altered our square footage! Very easy to do business with and highly recommend!
