My husband and I shopped at the West Oaks store today. The two people helping us went above and beyond. I was so impressed. They tracked down the laminate; gave us helpful advice, and loaded the boxes in our car. They refused to take any money for it. It was a great experience. Thank you

Went to get some extra tile for a house I’m remodeling and had some question about picking my own pieces and Gorge ask management and that’s when kian came with some attitude and started saying no you can’t do that and all this after people have done it before he could have came with a better attitude he has horrible service
