Josh was super helpful when we were shopping for shoes for vacation. he even went so far to pull down stock for us last minute when we wanted to add on Birkenstocks. Would recommend, come here for your running shoes!

Walked around a good amount of time and nobody asked me any questions while looking at clothing. So I then just walked around the registers for a few minutes while there was people behind it and nothing. Just bought my little electrolytes and left.

Store never placed the order of my shoes in over two weeks. Manager was rude and expressed that he did not care about the customer.
He mentioned that they never order shoes when they are not available. I will never come back to this place, customer service sucks

Update: FF reached out and set me up with a fellow at the river oaks store. Michael helped me and was amazing! Thoughtful, patient, and nice. 30 minutes later I have a great pair of shoes that fit my feet and in my favorite color. Impressed with the service and response. They’ve got my business!
Full retail pricing, self service experience. I went in because I needed a new pair of sneakers. The sales rep did not measure me, did not ask me about my feet, did not obtain any information other than looking at the size of the shoe that I was wearing on my way in, and brought out alternatives based on that alone. When the shoes didn’t fit he simply asked, What do you want? What do you want? What do you want? I told him a shoe seemed a little too tight in the toe. He said “this is your size”. Thinking maybe he meant it would stretch the toe, I bought it. It didn’t fit so I came back. It was assigned to the same sales rep who again didn’t measure my feet and he offered me no suggestions. He asked me what I wanted. Essentially I’m a size 8 with a little bit of wide to box. He said we don’t have anything for you and I left with no shoes after the second visit. Gave 2 stars bc return was easy. Awful experience.

David was a great associate.
I had come previously and brought a shoe that was worn out over time. I brought the shoes and David was very helpful in recommending similar shoes and more up to date options. He was very patient and helped me make an informed decision. I would recommend coming here for shoe purchases.

This is a good place. Service is excellent. Parking is easy (and free). However, I would not describe this place as cheap. The selection of sneakers is massive! Something for everyone!

These people are unbelievably on point in the shoe game when it comes to the perfect fit. Their technology, knowledge of staff members, and satisfaction guaranteed are duly noted. I purchased a pair of shoes from this location and felt the positive change of energy within my steps immediately. I have feet flat. I have a top pick among all shoe brands called Mizuno, They also sell Saucony shoes, but nothing beats Mizuno in my book. This happens to be a location where the staff members are well educated on all shoe brands to fit your needs. Several surrounding shoe stores have no clue what Mizunos are, but Fleet Feet did. I was so satisfied that I brought my wife in to get a new pair of kicks from here. We left very pleased stepping out on the good foot, literally.

I was in there about a couple months ago and an older gentleman named Edward helped me. I am in Healthcare and my feet were killing me in the shoes that I was in. Edward, although a bit older and slower than the other employees is a wealth of knowledge. The shoes he recommended are life changing. He took his time, did a foot scan, watched me walk and run, made appropriate recommendations and educated me. He even taught me how to tie my shoes so that pressure points and circulation would not be disturbed. I truly enjoyed and valued my time with him. He is a treasure! I hope his coworkers understand that! I noticed a younger man with an ugly Justin Beiber haircut circa 2011 was being rude to him at the registers. Too bad he doesn't realize how lucky he is to have Edward as a coworker and help him out on the computers! Instead he smirked and walked away. Other than that, thanks to Edward I had a lovely experience.
