The insecurity of this place is terrible, my husband's car parked practically in front of his door, and the passenger glass was broken. Security cameras? We only needed evidence of how it had happened and the employees did not show empathy for the situation in order to have evidence for insurance and an appropriate complaint. I do not recommend this site at all where the focus is on getting memberships and then neglecting the needs and safety of its users. Crime is found everywhere, we are clear, but security and empathy is important to be able to maintain good relations between its members and resolve it as soon as possible These types of situations.

I just joined this gym after two months of trying out the local gyms near me. 24 hour fitness is closer to me but the customer service here at this fitness connection was a breath of fresh air. The gentleman who showed us around was so friendly and welcoming which was the major difference between other gyms I visited. They act like because you're using a free pass to try the gym that they don't want to be bothered. Way better experience in the whole environment here. I love the fact that they have a women's gym! Made my workout so much more comfortable. And I the sauna is great. Very large and spacious inside with two levels. Very bright and inviting. Only reason I took off a star is because I don't think they have classes at this location but I could be wrong. Overall very happy I joined. Customer service is everything.

I’m convinced the manager that I had the misfortune to talk to is the type to not bother you unless you look fit enough to start working out. What I mean by this is I’m 5’2 and chubby, but this bald man went out of his way to make me feel uncomfortable and was okay with practically sending me home to get my card just to overcharge me with a fitness coach I said I didn’t want/need. Once I came back, I worked out and he wasn’t there anymore. I made sure to leave that gym a surprise for my troubles. It’s been a year since this incident and I feel like we got even. I’ll be starting a new gym soon, just a shame I can’t use the gym that’s right up the street. Hopefully they aren’t as troubling as this gym.

Tbh it’s a okay gym it’s not bad I use the women’s section only and I think they have very limited equipment access there, some of of the machines that are down in the first floor aren’t on the women’s section so that really sucks because sometimes some women only feel comfortable working out with other women only and might not feel has comfortable in front of the men because we wanna use the machines that are down there like for example the stairmaster and few more machines and since we pay for the same as everyone else does we would have the same equipment access to us in the women’s section. I know we have access to it out of the women section but I’m only talking about the women section. So why do we pay 10.99 if we don’t have all the access to everything in the women’s area? My suggestion would be the whole top floor to be for women only with all the equipment available there. I say this as kindly as possible and I’m sure many women have felt this before.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Fitness Connection. Chicago hands down the best man when comes to membership. He's friendly and approachable, and always ready to assist. I appreciate their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring a positive gym experience for their members.

I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by this gym. When driving past it seeing all the cars I thought it’d be way to crowded. However it is HUGE on the inside with all kinds of machines. They are all separated perfectly in different areas. I started out on the 5-day pass but will return to join!!

Manager of this location stole 300 dollars from meThe trainers, equipment and cleanliness are all great. Just don't trust the manager. He lied to my face and said he couldn't help. But he was the one who forced me in to it and the only person who could get me out

The place and vibe was great. They just play you on the membership pricing. I had signed up and they tell you 1st month is free but 3 days later I ready had a balance

The gym and the equipment are great and the staff is friendly and the price is incredible. But the members don't seem to have any gym etiquette. The weights are all over the place and unorganized. And the shower heads arent too great. They also don't have weight clips, which I can understand because it is Houston after all. I think the staff do a great job, the members just aren't aware of don't care about putting things back where they belong.

Decent gym with a lot of equipment. Always very clean and the guys at the front are super nice. Be careful about signing your contract, you can get locked in to an annual contract without knowing what you’re agreeing to.

Been a member since 2021....I have complained about the sockets in the Men's locker since April..still no change. Cant even shave or charge ones phone.

Honestly you can’t beat the price for what they offer. Very well maintained for the most part. Just a lot of people at times so chose wisely when to go.
