Great selection of animals, staff appear to really care for the animals and have great knowledge. One of the team let me hold on of the rats and the animal was super calm and friendly. My son enjoyed feeding the fish and looking at the birds. We got a bone for our dog but will certainly be back for more.

Large variety of fish, birds, reptiles and amphibians. Carries products for all pets and there's an outdoor and indoor pond with koi. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Large selection of monster fish as well. You can find Aquarium supplies and dry goods. Tanks are sold there as well.

My son has been looking for a cockatoo for a few months, so I told him to call around and start checking different places around Houston. He called a few days ago to see if this place sold cockatoos. The guy told him they sell cockatiels and my son kindly told him he meant cockatoos. With an attitude, whoever was on the phone responded by asking what the difference is between cockatoos and cockatiels and my son respectfully answered. For no reason whatsoever, the employee (I heard the guy since I was sitting next to my son) told him they only have cockatiels right now with the most unprofessional attitude. My 16 year old son was taken aback by how rude the guy was and thanked him before telling him to have a nice day. The guy hung up on him. My son is constantly complimented because he is extremely well-mannered and there was no reason for the man to talk to my son the way he did. I am all about kindness and having respect for adults, but I would have given my son a pass if he wanted to respond with the same energy. Watch how you talk to your potential customers!!

I came in today in the morning , the owner(s) and staff are very friendly, sweet and helpful. Also, I see that they take care of the animals when I came in they were cleaning and taking care of the aquarium animals, overall I come here to purchase food for one of my birds and I highly recommend (:

Friendly, good customer service. Patrick Hoang is the best. He is very sweet and responsive. Whatever I don’t know about the fish or how to set it up and what to feed them, he is always ready to answer me and even tell me to call him whenever I need help about my pet. Eventually , the price is very reasonable for fish parrot and accessories. Fish and pet is my most favorite pet shop in town from now on. I would love to recommend everyone who needs pet supplies to come here one time. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

This store has been here for at least 20 years. They have such a good variety of pets and products and the owners are friendly and well informed of their animals.

I'm a school teacher and went to this store to get fish to go into my fish tank with guppies in my classroom. They told me that any blue tag item can go in the same tank as the guppies. I chose to get small neon fish, the same size as the guppies. The fish were in my tank three days and died. I called the store and told them what happened and they stated that I needed a heater for the fish. I repeatedly asked several employees and the owner if I needed anything else after explaining everything I had and they told me no - the fish should be okay. When I called and reported to them what had happened they stated that I needed a heater and I should've asked if my fish needed a heater. They were very condescending and belittled me saying that I should've known that they needed a heater because I'm a teacher. My guppies are thriving without one. Afterwards, they started texting me Photos telling me that I can have no refund. I had to block them after three rude text. I never responded. I never asked for a refund, just advice of what I should purchase next time. I just wanted a fish that could go in the tank with a guppy. Over the phone, they stated no fish can be in a tank with guppies, so they lied. $30 wasted. My students have no new fish.

We stopped by (our first visit) on Super Bowl Sunday to take a look around. We found an adorable crested Canary and took him home with us. Everyone at the store was accommodating and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

Nice variety of fishes, and birds. They also had snakes and turtles and bunnies. My toddler enjoyed seeing everything.
