Mark and his team were by far the easiest banking group I've ever dealt with when it comes to financing a vehicle. They were very responsive and so incredibly helpful! I've already recommended Mark and his team to my colleagues for auto loans, but I will also be recommending him to my real estate clients as well due to the various options he has that other mortgage companies do not! Odeida Pimentel Fowler is a phenomenal loan officer that in every interaction and transaction demonstrates her professionalism, knowledge and how much she cares for the borrowers and also for us, the Realtors.
Odeida is awesome responding on time and keeping communication open! She is great solving problems that can occur along the process! If those are not resolved, the buyers can't close therefore the importance of having someone great on your team!!I appreciate Odeida all you do!

Odeida Pimentel-Fowler, AVP Consumer Relationship Manage Is a very rude employee. Mrs Pimentel had asked her customer who is applying for a loan which is not myself. (I am the seller). She asked for a copy of a DL (of seller)in which I sent to her. She responded very rudely to why I had sent her a DL picture and why did I blacked out the DL #. In which I don’t understand why she needed if I was not asking for a loan and have never met this person and insisted I needed to sign a power of attorney while the person requesting the loan had not received an answer of approval or denial. I’ve worked with many banks in the past in which none had asked a seller for a picture of DL and for a power of attorney. This lady is not professional and should not be in such position.

Had an excellent car loan experience with Mark Cook in consumer lending. It was such an easy process and he went above and beyond to get me the best rate on the used car I wanted. He even caught some things on the car fax reports I sent him on some cars I was looking at. I highly recommend using this Texas bank and Mark. I even got a call from someone that is my very own dedicated customer support representative. Never had this with my big bank! Switching my accounts over to bank with them too!

This location needs to be reviewed.I’m disgusted with how the president of this branch treats human beings..Money and favoritism plays a huge role in how the people of this branch treats you. Please watch who you trust with your money and business at this location.
