I’ve had this bank for a couple years now , never had no issue until yesterday. Went to go make a cash deposit as usual I am always out of there quick and easy. The lady that was helping me was rude asking me where the money comes from and if I knew where the money was kept. WTH? And kept checking the bills over and over again.I felt uncomfortable just bc I was depositing a large amount of cash .I’m definitely switching banks , will be closing my accounts asap and switching to another bank.

They are always quite friendly, they are always willing to help, but I would like them to have an ATM where you can insert money! Sometimes you have to deposit emergency money but this bank saw very early! I also wish they were open on Sundays! before they did it for a few hours at least.

A very un-Convenience bank. If you want to open an account here, rethink & rethink again. You will be trapped like me. They charge fee for almost everything. Zelle fee $1, limited transfer, even if you want to close the account, there is fee $25. I deposit a $20K cashier check. The process took 2 week. Unbelievable! In Walmart kiosk, you also must stand in the line 20-60 mins before reaching the teller. No chair.

This is the first time I've ever done a review. This bank we have outages and issues with you deposits on a constant basis. Customer service is dismal. Do not use bank, please save yourself the head aches.
