I've been with this bank for years, I never have to wait in line at this location. The manager is always super nice to me, Everyone is. This location is my go to during traffic. Idk what the review is that you have to wait in line, maybe that's for the 1960 location at Kroger, that line sucks, I don't go there often.

I was at the Joe Vs filling up water bottles. The dollar acceptor was broken. So i went to the bank inside the store to get a dollar in quarters. The teller tells me I must have an account to exchange money. All Iwant is to give them a dollar bill and they give me 4 quarters. I dont know about yall, but if I'm trying to attract business,I'm not going to turn away such a simple request. I made it known that because of what they did,i will never do business with their company. I urge JoeVs to replace them with a better banking company that cares about the small things.
