I have had 8 years with this bank but carrying out procedures with the staff they have there is very very tedious, the staff of 4 people only hires 1, there is a lady who gives preference to her relatives, check the cameras to see how they work , because one is patient but we don't have their time, grace

They are very slow also its only 2 bankers working and have a big line of people like 20 this so sad they need to have more bankers so it can help everyone one in line special like elderly

I was there on a Wednesday so I was in and out fairly quickly. Great bank overall some tellers can be a bit difficult but it's understandable cause some of us customers can be irrational

Very bad service, they are not trained to solve problems. There have been two times that a woman here has done our paperwork and cashed our checks wrong, then they want us to accept the mistakes that their own employees make,?not only that, they have withheld our checks when They even charge them themselves and come out that they have already been charged but then they tell us that it will be held and they want us to pay very badly. I am already angry with this branch and they waste time instead of serving their clients. The manager is not trained to put your work colleagues in order lack of professionalism ?.

This place is sorry, i am disabled and i needed paperwork filled out from HHSC and they did not to what they said would be done. The least you can do is your job!?
