I been a good costumer of this bank for years the cashier geve me a bill that was tape out i tell her i need a good one cause i was going to put it on a machine she completely refuse and act as she was very upset is sad

Bank management is bias. They pick and choose whom they put a hold on for your checks. Very bad customer service! They say they can help you do this and that but when it comes to it, they don’t do jack! Closed my accounts out!

Really awful. Only two employees on a Saturday and the line is 20 people deep. Bad planning on manager’s part.
