This Bank stole my money staff was rude and want to report fraud And do a complain.The money was stole from my account they said they don’t have asset to the transaction no because I never buy nothing with the money they stole.I have proof and my records.The money was stole I have the receipt how much money I had in there and the money amount they stole.

One of the worst banks in first your card
It doesn't work, they don't accept it at the gas stations.
It throws you declined out of nowhere I just don't recommend many

Terrible service, and apart from that you wait in line for so long for another person to just arrive and get in front of the line and they serve that person first, that's too bad they should fix that or close this bank, that's why I'll change bank

The manager Stephany is super unprofessional and she just sucks in general. I’ve talked to other customers while in line and many feel the same way about her. Don’t go to this location. She doesn’t know the first thing about managing.

Terrible service! They did not want to make the money available to me from a check that I was going to deposit, which was not until 3 days later! And I have been with that bank for 2 years! And I had already deposited from that same company! Bad service

Long wait like always. I only come here because it’s close and no matter the time of day. It’s always Sooooo slow. Customer service is ok depending on who I get. Today the teller even took a phone call while helping me. Then didn’t even say thank you for waiting, or tell me thank you for banking with them at the end.
