Horrible Customer Service Skilled. No acknowledgement to customers!!! Waiting in line for 15 minutes and I forgot my check and the clerk tells me to get my check and when I come back to wait on the side and she would wait on me as soon as she finishes up with the customers that were in front of her and she lied!!!First of all, do not say something and not follow through that is very unprofessional. Second of all no customer service skills whatsoever. Please choose another location for banking this one is definitely lacking professionalism as a Bank!Will not stop here again!!

Do not bank with them! I’ve been to 3 different locations and neither have the proper equipment to perform their tasks “fax machines”. highly embarrassing to be a bank but can’t afford a fax out of 3 locations
