Money orders are $1 at this location, but $0.50 at other almost charged me twice because I messed up my first money order. They were nice and gave good service ?

Customer service isn’t bad but this is the WORST banking service ever. I wish I’d read the reviews before opening an account.(1) Biggest absurdity is that you can’t ACH accounts outside of this banking institution. This is an illogical policy that shouldn’t even qualify this place as a bank.(2) Zelle transactions are LIMITED TO ONLY $100 PER DAY while my main bank is $5,000.(3) Zelle charges $1 for every single use. It’s an insignificant amount but the point of Zelle is that it should be free. At this rate, it would take me 30 days and $30 just to transfer $3,000. Ridiculous.(4) Once the new customer comes to the realization that this bank is a scam, you’ll be charged a $25 fee for closing the account within 90 days of opening. Day 91 can’t get here fast enough!

I have been with them over 14yrs deposit check by mobile is horrible it does not and i still have to go to thw bank to do deposit the tellers always have excuses for the horrible work. They charge every little thing????

Do not do any business banking with this bank. They will lie to you to get your company money into there bank and twist the language within there policy to hold and profit off your companies funds.

Not to be confused with the second inconvenience bank, which is pretty inconvenient and much less original. It's a bit of an inconvenience to use First Convenience Bank unless you're already going to Kroger - in which case it's very convenient. It's right here and helps a lot. It's good for ATM purposes although they still charge a big mark up as you expect.

Horrible - avoid. Constant turnover of staff and completely unprofessional. They love putting holds on checks, making it impossible for a business to use them. Call their main number in Killeen and be prepared to be on hold with them for an hour. A check cashing service would be better than this. Just awful.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. But u have to give at least one star for your review to be published. The employees are great, but the bank itself is BEYOND a joke. I feel sorry for everyone that works there. There is no direct # to contact the bank, your simply given a 1 800 # to call, if you need to contact them for any reason, and be prepared to stay on hold for HOURS, until u get an actual live person. Today I called, wondering why my account had been frozen, I literally was on hold for 1 hour and 38 minutes before someone actually came on the line, then was told there was a "suspicious charge", in which there wasn't, my card had been in my posession the entire time, then finally a supervisor gets on the phone, claims to have removed the "hold", go to use my card, and its declined. Mind you, I autopay pretty much everything. My car payment bounced, and so did 2 of my credit cards. Late fees now on all of them, and bank says "sorry, call back tomorrow to speak with another supervisor, none are available at this time". Not to mention the bank itself is located inside of a grocery store so its challenging enough just to find a parking place, then u finally get in and your lucky if there are 2 tellers there working. It's a complete joke. Save yourself the time and go with a real bank.

The branch Management team here is super friendly and helpful. They have great hours and are even open on Sundays. Saturday.10AM-6PM Sunday. 12-4PM Monday. 10AM-6PM Tuesday 10AM-6PM Wednesday 10AM-6PM Thursday. 9AM-7PM Friday. 9AM-7PM

Horrible customer service. Not a bank customer. Would never be either after this experience. Asked lady for change for a 20$ I was asked if I was a customer. I said no. She said then I can't help you. Who does that? Lots of employees there doing nothing and you can't break a 20$? You dont deserve my business. No wonder you have people standing in front trying to get customers. Well you wont get them that way.
