They don't like to help you get your money back into your account after fraud has been committed. Almost 4,000 on a car that I don't have.. My card was used w/o my permission! Period.

The Bank Teller that served me had been in position 5 months, and was kind accommodating, and took the time required to accomplish my banking needs. The leadership leaves much to be desired, as they were out of many of the basics, like coin wraps and the like.

My husband went to close out the account and they were gonna charge him $5 for a cashiers check to give him his money since there was a limit . That’s not right! You cannot charge me for wanting my own money. Then we said ok just give us the cash which is 4K to avoid the fee for cashiers check . Teller said i can only give you$300 right now. That’s ridiculous!!! You guys are taking advantage of people I will complain to whoever has to know because that is not right it’s against the law you cannot hold my money and charge for wanting it. The $5 fee is not the problem it’s the whole ordeal we had to go through just because we wanted to close account. Banks are regulated too . First convenience cannot do this
