Asked the bank teller to withdraw money from my checking account and she withdrew it from my savings. I got charged a fee for her mistake.

They do not know that Puerto Rico is territory of EEUU, so an ID of Puerto Rico is an ID of EEUU. They ask for passport of Puerto Rico? (our passport is the same of EEUU). Also, they compared PR with Spain "we neither accept ID of Spain". Facing so much misinformation, they lost to open a savings account........... That is why history class is important.

I had wire today.It was,awkward service they did ..They don't know what to do.I had to come back to sign withdrawal.They called me after I drove 3miles away from bank.

I have been doing business with them for many years, I try to close account since no long needed but they are very easy on the opening account but when you try to close account not same as before and don’t want to close account with two form of ID (drive license, pass port). Think twice if you want to open account with them.

Oddly, banks usually are fake nice eager to get your money. Lucia was more than professional, she was honest and informed me of the fees and banking process clearly. HEB should not have a money service center only THIS bank. This was one of the best banking experiences I’ve had.

IBC Bank or Yelp needs to upgrade IBC locations I drove to two different location using Yelp during high volume traffic and both locations have been closed for a while UPGRDE UR OPEN LOCATIONS PLEASE
