To the public! I have been banking with this bank for 20 years. I ask for a Transaction Register and this location is trying to charge $2.00 per Register. That sounds like pocketing money for the Clerk Interesting because another location just gave it to me. Sounds like theft in the poor black neighborhood. Maybe they can't pay the employees a good salary????

Today I experienced discrimination for the first time in this bank, a bank that I have used for 10 years. Behind me came a man, according to the owner, oh, he's in front of a restaurant and just like that, out of nowhere, they passed him on first than the others.

They illegally placed Insufficient Funds charges against my Account and caused my bills to not be covered; when in fact, the statements clearly indicated that the funds were available. They are refusing to rectify their errors by removing those Insufficient Funds; make the necessary adjustments; and return my money.On another occasion, I tried to stop a payment and told their representative that I would pay to stop it. After she inquired about the nature of how I pay them, via, direct pay or credit card, I shared credit card. She then said no problem, you don’t have to pay, I will close that card and issue you a new one. She issued a new card with the same number without closing it, and the payment went through, therefore, I was charged. I made a complaint with them. After not hearing from them regarding my aforementioned complaint, I called and was told that the lady who handled this case did not do anything wrong. Shanking my head.Last but not least, on another occasion, I reported that $700 was missing from my account. Someone illegally miscalculated to take my money. Because I was so sick at the time, I did not pursue handling it any further.They need to be investigated, because they are targeting the elders and disabled people by intentionally miscalculating their money and charging them with Insufficient Fund and refusing to return it. They are constantly playing mind games.

Slow tellers. Not concerned about long line of customers. 3 tellers working with some issue not related to customers in line. Thanking customers for patience does not excuse poor service.

To slow. Only two girls at the front.First convenience. Not at all. Line allow the way to where the vegetables at. They need one line for over 500 withdrawal and other for everything else.smh.

The tellers have been helpful with my requests thus far. There is no ATM. The lines are long every Thursday and Friday. The line is in the middle of customers entering and leaving Fiesta which is alittle annoying. Lastly, it is a hassle getting to the bank because this store is surrounded by trains.
