Don't bank here, simply because if you have an account and need to close it out it will never happen and they don't believe in notifying you of any charges and or charge off!!!!I closed an account with them and was not able to get anything stating so., So now I have to pay the price for them being careless and stupid.One star is way to generous and they don't keep the place clean

Can the management please send an undercover customer to check on the competency, attitude, management skills and customer relations ability of that manager Jenny running this bank. Employees should be asked too on how this lady deal with them. Night and day difference on that nice guy running the bank inside HEB at Spring Branch.

PLEASE tell me why there is a NINE DAY hold on checks clearing on a new account?! If I open an account that means I NEED to make deposits. Little red head attitude was the teller. Not answering my questions but have an attitude rolling her eyes. Bills need to be paid but it's their policy to hold someone's hard earned money for NINE DAYS.

I mobile deposited a check that ended up being credited to my account. The senior branch supervisor didn’t even attempt to be helpful with solving my problem. As I was explaining my situation she cut me off and told me there was nothing she could do. I’ve been banking with 1st Convenience for four years and this experience was bad enough for me to close my accounts.

I’ve been with this bank for over 5years and this particular branch is by far the worst I’ve experienced! I will be speaking with Jeni Martinez in which I was told by Trinity the teller is the manager!

I don't know what all these other reviews are talking about but I loved it. I just came back from opening an account they did it very quickly answered all my questions and was very thorough. I love the hours that instant issue card which is something that I really needed and I look forward to working with this Bank in the future
