Worst bank on earth.!! Huge line , poor service. Horrible fraud protection. Horrible mobile banking that won't accept a check properly endorsed. Biggest scam... dont open an account at any branch

Waited in line for one hour people 20 deep waiting everyone of the workers were working with someone opening a new account why they don't have a spot for new accounts I don't know but it's crazy to wait in line for that long and you need 3 minutes of their time

Pretty attentive staff, Norelba and the crew always take care of the line as quick and nice as possible. Due to high traffic volumes in this area people tend to lose their patience and forget their manners but you guys are doing great!

Would not recommend banking with this company. They used to be so amazing. Husband has been banking with them since 2013. Now out of nowhere theyre wanting to refuse to cash all his checks or put them on 7 day holds etc. never had these issues before and the lady is trying to say it's been that way for years. We set for no overdrafts and things still get pulled out and overdrafted. Guess it's time to find a new bank

This is by far the worst bank I have had to deal with! The location moves slow or is under staffed and their customer service over the phone is horrible! You talk to one person they state they'll notate the account so the next person will know what's going on and after doing everything the 1st customer service agent told you and call back, no one knows what you're talking about! You explain again what's going on and they obviously aren't listening to what's going on and keep repeating themselves over and over! I've only had this account for a year and I only got it because my other banks don't have a branch close to home, but I plan on closing it ASAP! We are all human and lose track of things sometimes, but when we catch it we try to fix on time. It's not like I just left it there for several days! At least Navy federal/USAA and all the other banks I've had to deal with understands that!

The workers are always slow and rude at this location. When there's a line, other workers can help, but they just sit in the room or behind the wall. Poor customer service here.
