Staff & management are ALWAYS rude at this location. They are very judgemental and displays prejudice attitudes towards myself & mother on every encounter. The staff is constantly changing. My mother received a settlement check and they swear up & down we we're trying to pass a bad check. They act like being African Americans that we wasn't supposed to be in possession of that type of money and gave us the third degree but when Hispanics customers come in with large amounts of money or cash, it's no freaking problem!! The customer service at this location is the absolute Worse!

i was grocery shopping last night at the mi tienda location on 59 and little york, And i had a question after hours and i seen one of your employees shopping as well and she answered my question but i didn't get her name, I want to go up to the location and say thank you to the branch in person............If possible can i receive her name to go up in person

Run do not I repeat do not use this bank trash from day one just because is a small bank they think they can charge for everything opened a business account about a month an a week ago and yet to receive my debit card I've made about 2 order and not one have I received they offer for me to get it quicker but I have to pay 50 dollars for express delivery

Great experience when opening my account on Saturday ! The teller that helped me out was Stephanie , she is part of management and she really explained to me on how to manage my account and how to wave the fee ! Really recommend going to her if needing an account! She also explained to me about auto loans and how to fix my credit score that way they can help with financing one or refinancing one ! Totally recommend
