This location is not very helpful, every time i go to cash a check the clerk decides they don’t want to deposit it because they can’t verify without them even trying to verify !! And if they do deposit it , they hold it for over 7 business days for no reason ! The clerks always have attitudes and dismiss you without an explanation as to why they can’t help you! I’ve never been able to get help from them at this location! They are only worried about getting people to sign up. Very much dislike it here

Been in line for 30 no greet. Trying to open a business account for my small company I’m glad I’m reading the reviews and I must take my business somewhere else Bank of America if I could give this place -0 stars ⭐️ I would don’t see how they have clients
