This bank is the worse. They will hold your check from depositing for over 5 days! just because you had a manager change. They will hold your check and claim “The check is unknown”. They lie on the phone, saying your loan will get approved or declined in a couple of hours and it turns out its actually in 2 weeks! They will put you on hold for over 2 hours ! Terrible service, terrible training for its employees. Terrible bank.

Horrible service how is your money order machine down and you can offer a cashier check but you want to charge me 5$ for a cashier check? That fee should be waived due to the inconvenience Horrible Service

Wish I could give a ZERO. I have never experienced a "bank" like this. Employees and manager seem to enjoy making the customer look like a fool. I am 73 years old and a retired Veteran. A few weeks ago I asked the Manager if I had to stop payment on an autopay I had was there a fee and she said yes but they would wave the fee for me. I told her I was not sure if I would have to do this. A few days ago I had to stop payment on this company so I went back in. The "Senior" representative waited on me and I explained how I had talked to the manager and about waiving the fee. She consulted with the manager and said they would. I waited 30 minutes for them to stop payment and still they told me they would have to call me back and confirm. Any other bank will do this over the phone in 5 minutes. A day later they called back and left a message that it was done. I looked online at my account and they charged me $35. I went in this morning and all they did was insult me but finally removed the fee. This is the branch inside an HEB store on Fry Road, Katy Texas. I think it is time for a new bank.

Not as inconvenient as the second convenience bank, which is harder to find. This is a tiny little bank inside a massive HEB location and parking can sometimes be a nightmare, and the bank's not really that great, so we have mixed feelings about it to be honest. But at least there is a bank in here if you need one I guess. We've only used it once, it's similar to the one in Walmart (Woodforest), basic services, higher fees than expected, good for an ATM though of course. They were very friendly with Barbi which is why I added the extra star.

Since all the managers from the beggining have moved to other locations the bank is no good anymore and it offers nothing and most of the time the hours are not as they say you will go at 6 and it says open till 6:30 and they are closed at 6 already saying they are having a meeting

The bank itself is ok, but the lady (Micheal*) that works at this location is amazing! Was locked out of my account for months for a phone problem and customer service said there was nothing they could do, I come here and she got me back into it within 5 minutes. Will definitely be the location I go too in the future for any questions/problem solution. Thank you!

First Convenience Bank has always had terrible customer service, but this location has out done themselves. I came in when I got off today to find out that they were closed early; it's rude. If you have a specific time saying your open until you should honor that. It's always something with First Convenience. I'm going to close my account tomorrow and never refer anyone else. Customer service needs to be in their training manual, do better.

Horrible just Horrible customer service. They really need to retrain their employees because they tell you one thing and apparently that thing doesn't exist. For instance they closed my account without warning and then told me to pay off the balance I owed so I did. Then I asked 4 or 5 different people at this location and over the phone if I could keep my account because I had money coming they all said yes and and once my direct deposit hit my account it would automatically reopen. They lied because the check bounced back and I'm still fighting this situation today.

Worst bank and location ever! Closed on days posted as open and took me 2 months to open a business account. Don’t play with your money at this location. It’s a fraud.

I do business with this bank because my check get deposit on Thursday’s, but the customer service is getting worst on this bank, there is this Africa American girl that needs to do better with her customer service skills, she is not polite and make you feel like she is doing you a favor.
