Today's person is very despotic. I wanted to open an account but he treated me very badly and I didn't even feel like opening an account there...you must have an ugly attitude, people like that shouldn't work for the public.

Nadia Solomon the Branch Manager is awesome. She assisted me with opening my account on today and provided me with tools to help better myself and my credit. Every single time I come here for the most basic transactions.... wire transfers, cashier's checks, I am harrassed or they make a huge error. I am asked rude and irrelevant questions... I am judged about what I'm using my OWN MONEY for... I was even told that maybe my REAL bank, Chase, "doesn't trust me"... WHAT??!? Who says that to a customer?? I had a lot of funds in this credit union... but I'm glad I've nearly liquidated all of it.

This location never makes me feel Welcome... Ive been dealing with this location for about 10 years and even though they are always changing staff.. Ive never not felt welcome.. Now I never meet with the lady Nadia that I see many great reviews about.. but that guy financial representative is very dry.. Not welcoming and his demeanor to me gives off very low energy of customer service.. and I kinda brought it to his attention before and all he did was try to justify his actions.. he really doesn't seems like he there to help the FCCU members in his best interest... if he is maybe its just certain ones/people...I might have to start going to Fairfield it farther.. but customer service is very important.. and I don't Like The Customer Service I've been receiving at this in-store Branch...
