I showed up at 4:45 pm for an emergency tire patch, which only about 20 minutes process at most. The store closed at 6 pm that day. They turned me away because they closed in an hour and all the technicians were just standing around the computer. I am in the wheel and tire business. I understand the game and workflow. This was just inconsideration from the staff.

I got a tire patched here back in August of 2023, but I was still continuing to put air in the tire. In December, I finally got it checked out again, this time at Costco where I originally got them. Costco tells me that my tire was patched incorrectly so it was either buy a new tire or keep filling it with air. In January 2024, I go to firestone to tell them the Costco stated my tire was patched incorrectly, I have the tire in my trunk. A worker comes out to check it to see if it was wrongly patched spraying water on the tire. He then tells me the store manager isn't in at the moment but to come back when he's in. I came back about a week later, and speak with Jesse, he tells me there's nothing he could do for since it's past 30 days, stating I waited too long and didn't come back to them to fix it, as if I'd come back the to place that messed it up. I stated I wasn't sure it was THAT tire until I got it looked at. The weather in Houston changes a lot where the pressure will have you on full one day and flat tomorrow, especially doing summer . Jesse doesn't try to help me or even offer to look at the patch he just tries to deny and shift blame. I ask why the employee came to look at the patch, Jesse then states that he doesn't know why he came outside. The only way to check a tire is with a rim on it, but I'm like your checking the leak just the patch work.. He then tells me the employee that came outside he's most likely letting him go, as if I cared, I just wanted some type of compensation for my tire.

Jake was very honest and upfront with my husband. He could have told us we needed a bunch of stuff done to the car but he didn't. That was very refreshing.

Unprofessional. Don’t know how to run a business. I called them before coming here and made sure there is no wait time. They said come ASAP, when I brought my car within 10 mins, then they say they’re booked for the rest of the day and asked me to come next day. Seriously? Worst place. Never coming back and also make sure none of my family and friends come here.

There was not a nail in my tire before arrival…my tire pressure was low, yes however, I truly believe They put a nail in my tire intentionally just so I can buy a tire from them… Firestone was like “oh you’re going to need a brand new tire” LIES!!!!! And knew they were lying… I went to a mom n pop tire shop up the street and it was a tiny, little hole they fixed and stated I did NOT need a brand new tire. Firestone love to try and get over on women, assuming we’re ignorant & naive… NOT this woman!!!One point they also said I wasn’t going to pass inspection, which was also a lie… I went somewhere and boom passed my inspection like I always do ✌?✌?✌?I’m a 40-yr old woman not a 15-yr old girl with a first car!!! I hate Firestone.

I came yesterday 1/17/24. The young guy working took my information input into computer. Stated make of my vehicle & verified my name. Told me I had to come back tomorrow. My appointment was set 4pm. I get to location & gentleman Eddie stated I had no appointment. And of course the young guy wasn’t here. There were no customers waiting yesterday. I just need right side tires rotated. He just didn’t feel like working. I’ve used Firestone for the past 8 years. Never have had any issues but the past year the service here is getting worse. This location is near my job & convenient for me. I understand employment personnel changes, but the service should not. Ive used 2 other locations & the personnel was great. The technician who assisted me today was great. Just yesterday he was not.

Brought my Kia here for an oil change after the last 2 drive through oil changes told me my car is burning too much oil and take it to an actual mechanic to see what's going on. Brought it in, Firestone informed me that I had no oil in my engine and they didn't see any actual leaks but wanted to do a dye test to make sure it isn't leaking and I just don't see it. Informed them my car had been burning a lot of oil (as previously told) they told me could be an engine issue. I did research over the last few days and read online could be my pcv valve. So today, I brought it back to recheck the dye test and asked them for information/ pricing to replace that. They called me up once everything was done and told me about active recalls on my engines combustion chamber and that can be causing that, so take it to Kia. Took it to Kia and there was 3 active recalls on my car (that I had no Idea about) and 2 were on the engine! So thank you to Jesse and Jacob and everyone else involved, rather than running unnecessary tests/ diagnostics! I will be back :)

I’m not satisfied with the service. I went for an oil change. Got there at my scheduled appointment (12 pm) I ended up leaving at 3pm. The workers were just talking, laughing, and didn’t care that I was on the waiting area for 3 hours. I don’t even know if they actually changed my oil. No sticker on the window, nothing. Wouldn’t recommend it.
