Completely useless, do not come here for any exchanges or returns. The rep there seemed like he did not want to help with anything. Told me I needed to go to Katy for any exchanges. Will take my business elsewhere.

Ladies were really inattentive. Had to come twice because the first time no one was around, so we left. Second time I asked one of them for a shoe and she walked off, the other employee next to her helped me instead.

Unfortunately my experience here wasn't pleasant. Did end up leaving with a pair of shoes, only because we didn't want to drive to a further location that possibly had them because they couldn't tell us stock of another store. Both employees that "helped" us were unprofessional and made it very clear they didn't want to be there, help us, or answer any questions. When an employee just hands you back the one display shoe after asking to try on a size, mumbling that's the size, with an attitude, and tries to turn around and walk off to avoid having to get the other shoe.... that sets a certain vibe. Usually when someone wants to try on a pair of shoes, over $100, you'd like to try on BOTH. He made it very clear he wasn't amused with having to grab the other shoe. Checkout attitudes weren't much better.

The workers here are awesome. Super friendly- I wanted a pair of shoes on sale but they didn't have them in the store so they offered to get hem shipped to me instead. Very helpful!

Their idiotic manager cannot even read their own receipt. It's either that or they are attempting to steal money from me. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume she is stupid. I bought a pair of kid shoes for $39.99 and went to exchange them for a half size larger. After leaving I looked at my receipt and it showed I was charged $20 more. I called their customer service and they said it's because the shoes were no longer on sale and back to its original 59.99 price. I don't appreciate being charged without my knowledge (something they have done before) so I went to return my purchase and take my business somewhere else. The next day I go back to Footaction to return the shoes expecting to get my $59.99 (the original $39.99 I paid plus the extra $20 they charged me because "it was no longer on sale") back but she says they can only give me $20 back because that's what the receipt shows. She claims were it shows $39.99 was the price OFF the original price of the shoes , not the price that I paid. She goes back and forth with an attitude touting she is a manager and she knows what she is talking about. Unwilling to look at the amount taken from my account pretty much calling me a lair. At Footaction you get 1 "point" for every dollar spent. I tried to make it as simple as possible for her, showing her on the receipt that I had gotten 60 points for this purchase. If I was charged $20 for the shoes how the hell did I get 60 points?! Also I was charged $4.95 tax, simple math shows that 8.25% of $60 is 4.95. After leaving and calling customer service the person on the phone instantly saw i paid a total of 59.99 before tax for the shoes. This lady needs to be demoted from her manager position and put back into training. I will never do business with this company again and I urge you to do the same.

First of all as someone who tries to stay away from the mall this confirmed my feelings that the mall is horrible, I was helped by an associate named Emily right away she gave the impression of not wanting to be there constantly avoiding me I chased her down with a shoe in my hand , when I finally caught up to her at Usain Bolt speed she took an eternity to bring back my size , and then it happened the shoe didn't fit my clinical anxiety rushing in I asked if it was possible to try another one and she had the most annoyed look on her face taking a loud deep breath and said "yeah I guess" needless to say I took my business elsewhere since I've always thought of finishline as lowclass footlocker and bought all 5 pairs I was intended to buy here since it's right by the side entrance

I can't complain they run alittle of of commission so they usually get to you asap so they don't lose a sale, they are cheapier than foot locker not by much but they are still cheapier. They do have a sale's card for discounts and coupons so I would suggest signing up for that, and another good thing is that they can order in the store to have shipped for fee to your home, so that is a plus in my book. And the service is friendly and they check every shoe that leaves the store so you know you don't have 2 left shoes or vice versa.

A young man, the receipt identifies as Salesperson "220955" was helpful to the point of being pushy. After getting home and filing my receipts I also realized I was charged for a pair of gel soles for $20. I had never even seen them before! Sure enough they were under the shoe box in the bottom of the bag. After spending well over $400 in this particular location in the past year, I will never again after this dishonest sale and will be returning the gel soles I never intended to purchase.
