I went here today to get more information & was definitely mislead. They definitely have beautiful dogs, but the employees are the most rudest nonchalant people. Like they didn’t even want to help. So disappointed

Staff is rude if I knew her name I would put it here I’m guessing the manager came out after her but I was already left with a distasteful experience horrible attitude looked me and my family up and down when I asked a question she answered me with a horrible face and tone seriously horrible

Made a visit to this location yesterday 10/06/24 and had the worst time. Employees didn't give off a welcoming vibe. It takes around 20 minutes to obtain help from anyone, and when you finally do, you feel rushed. The animals are in poor health. Animals appear dejected and have a heavy odor, as if they had not been bathed. If you do not buy a puppy on the same day, you will not receive excellent customer service, which is unfortunate. I will not be returning to this location.

10/10 don’t recommend this place.
They do so much business because they offer financing.
Felt like a scam from the moment we walked in. Save your time and money and do your research from a reputable breeder if you want a pure bred puppy.

I have to pay $5 to grab the dogs. AND ITS MANDATORY. It’s $5 because there’s a treat. A TREAT! I don’t think adopting involves payment plans like $200 a month. There are way better places to adopt. Don’t get me wrong there are wonderful dogs and i was treated well.
