This store is my favorite, I have been a customer for so many years and I always leave very happy after shopping here. Every manager is very nice and sure make you feel at home. Cashiers are nice good customer service

I shop at this store a few times a month for cat food. The lines are always absurdly long, no one working there speaks English, and there are no self-checkout lines. It's very 3rd world. It's near the house so it's convenient but I don't shop groceries or anything else here because the service is 3rd rate. My neighborhood is very diverse. (Latino, African, Arab, Anglo, etc.) So why their staff is Latino only is very bizarre. Also, if you look though these reviews, many people complain about the lines. Yet Fiesta does nothing about them. Also, if the cashier needs to go to the restroom, they just close the register. No manager will fill in. They just send everyone to another long line to wait. Absurd.

Fiesta in Houston is a great spot for picking up a variety of groceries, especially if you’re looking for international or Latin American products. The store offers a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, and specialty items that are hard to find elsewhere. It can get pretty crowded at times, but the staff is friendly and the prices are generally cheaper than other stores. However, the parking lots could use more regular cleaning (negative one star from here). If you're looking for authentic ingredients or a more cultural shopping experience, Fiesta is definitely worth checking out.

I have been coming to this store for years and I have always liked the look inside and the customer service. Today when I came I met 4 managers who were in front, all of them were very smiling and giving good customer service. Their names were Krystalyn Vanessa Henry and Marilu. Very good service, they even helped me find products that I couldn't find, definitely my favorite store

In shipping and receiving they have a girl who, in addition to being very slow and untidy, is also poorly educated. I came to bring a delivery and I was in front of her for more than 10 minutes and she never turned her head to greet me or ask me why I was there and when. Finally he paid attention to me, he just took the paper out of my hand and told me to stand at the 1st door so it's free.

I had an amazing experience at this location today. The cashier, Angel was incredibly friendly and efficient. He helped me find everything I needed and even recommended a great product. He was also very fast at scanning my groceries unlike the others that looked tired and not very happy to be there. The store itself was well organized and had a great selection of items. I will definitely be coming back.

I just went, I have always bought my things and today I was looking for some notebooks that I always buy there, I didn't see them and I asked the person at the cashier and he was very kind and a woman with glasses who is in customer service spoke to him, she came all pedantic and when I asked him about those notebooks in a very despotic way, he answered, if you found it for us, it's because there aren't any, or she's very rude, she shouldn't be doing that, her shirt is too big for the position she has, another answer would be, we don't have one, she They finished us but not so rude

The store its self is very nice and has good products however, the cashier red hair lady named Betty is so rude. When I was getting ready to swipe my card she starts telling me no no no and proceeds to try to instruct me to tap/ insert my card. To which I tell her no my card is swipe not tap. Then again tells me to press credit when my card is not credit it is debit. I found the whole interaction very concerning because I know I look young but I know what I’m doing and I know how my card works. Her customer service was just awful.
