Came in at this location September 18th at 5:10 pm. The short, young Latina cashier was very rude and displayed terrible customer service. Did not say hi did not say thank you did not say the total I owed but said all these things to the person she rung up before me. She was at the register closest to the produce. Extremely disrespectful. I overall love my neighborhood fiesta but I will not pay my money and get disrespected at the same time.

The Seafood Department looks and smells fresh with a very friendly atmosphere but I just noticed that there is only one seafood employee in the morning and one in the evening which should be easily resolved by the management of the store because many people buy their seafood here. The Grocery Manager Jose was very helpful and kind and when I went to the bakery the manager Manuela always smiled and offered me fresh varieties of bread!.. I love shopping to this store!. that's why I want to give the store 10 stars but the website won't allow me because it's only 5 stars. thanks!..

I liked this Market for its variety, but always in the meat section the ladies are not very friendly, I gave them many opportunities, perhaps not everyone has a good day, but the bad service was followed, but today again in the meat factory with a line of several people, there were 3 workers, they were talking and only one attended with a lot of attention.
slow, as usual, another person without doing anything I asked him if he served the cheeses and he told me no, that was in bad taste, I liked going to this Market but in that meat area it has become very unpleasant with the Ladies there They also put frozen products and chemicals, etc. in the same bag??
Too bad service in the meat area, three ladies today and only one was serving and chatting, I asked a lady for a cheese and she told me that she did not serve cheese, there was a line, they are very rude there, I liked that market, but I have been very disappointed by that area.

The management and service in this place is on the floor. They open at 7 am and nothing is ready, the water bread they told me I had to wait 2 hours for it to be ready. I went to buy some breakfast and at that time they started Cook. terrible service

This morning I went to the store to buy my usual purchases. The lady charged me a consuelo. She spoke very badly to me and even told me to go to the other box for the other one, because in this case there were only 15 when I only had 15 items. discrimination on her part because she said not to waste my time charging me and first she spoke Spanish to me then English there was no manager to make a complaint I felt like I wanted to leave that cashier I had never been through that unillacion in front of so many people the cashier consoled me She is disrespectful to clients for not wanting to charge me... I have been going to parties for a long time and no one has ever spoken to me like that I hope you train your employees better... and have more respect... that's how people and clients are

We had a bad encounter with a manager over
My husband small dog , which is a ESA (Emotional Support Animal ) My husband has PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) He serve in the ARMY.
A security officer was going to let him in the store, but the manager refuse to let him in the store, she told us to take our ESA dog which is his Emotional Support
Due to PTSD . My husband carries his dog all the time never puts her down on the Cart.
We left the store , now he will not shop at any FIESTA .
