My son did his Dhaka procedure several times at this place, and they never gave him a copy of any application. Now that we need information to renew it OnlineWe are requesting a copy of your latest application. They are charging 55 dollars to give us that information. According to them, all lawyers charge for giving a copy of each information. That is Totally False. That is illogical, one has the right to a copy, since they are paid 310 dollars for the procedure, it is illogical to think that they cannot give you a copy of the same thing that you already paid $ I do not recommend this place, to all those Dremers who are renewing their permissions there, they have to know that they are abusive and that they are going to charge them 55 dollars for a copy, which corresponds to them as Clients,I highly recommend that you search and get good advice before doing a procedure in that place. Ask if you are entitled to a Copy, or they will charge you extra for giving you information when you need it.I explained clearly to them that we only wanted their last application to be able to do that process online, ..We didn't want the whole record...Even so, they told me if you don't pay the 55 dollars, you won't be given any information.I do not recommend this place.There are many places where you can go to Renew it and at less cost. So that they save money.

I have seen FIEL in action for years. They advocate for our needs and are not afraid to take action. They host forums and workshops. They are there to answer really important questions. They are at the forefront for immigration advocacy. Their staff is knowledgeable and caring. Muchas gracas.

Fiel has been very helpful, they’ve gone above and beyond and keep doing so for over a year (and still counting) with the murder case of Diamond Alvarez, as well as other cases we’ve come across along the way. You didn’t have to help being that it isn’t immigration and yet you’ve been patient with my family and friends… we haven’t been charged 1 penny and the case isn’t even over yet! And these 50 bucks everyone is crying about, are well deserved in my book because nobody’s time is free. Thank you ??

Very hard to get in touch with someone willing to help us. We don’t get our emails replied back. Don’t rely on them saying they will get back to you…They suck at responding back!

A $50 fee to talk to a lawyer was paid. Since that meeting I have not heard from them. They never follow up. I called FIEL serval time to tell them that I did not receive a call from any of their staff. I did received an email from them saying that they were trying to get in contact with me but I’ve never got a call from them, so I called again today Nov 16, 2021 and a lady she didn’t gave me her name but she said she was one of the legal representatives and her extension was 103 and she just started saying well it’s just a $50 dollar consultation I mean no one will just give $50 dollars for free, people work to get money and pay and organization that was professional and great service but is otherwise.
