It was such a great experience today with my remodel clients, picking out appliances, plumbing, and hardware with rep Kelsey Munoz. She is extremely knowledgeable about all brands, and she also goes the extra mile and also tells you how to keep the appliance working great after it is installed. I think my clients really appreciated her deep dive into some brands and were happy with their selections. I would not hesitate to use Ferguson and Kelsey again with other clients. It was stress-free for my clients who were a little nervous picking out a washer and dryer and panel refrigerator, such lofty choices, but Kelsey made it easy by breaking down the pros and cons of their main options.

We had a very good experience at Ferguson’s. Michael made picking out all the fixtures for our primary bathroom remodel very easy. The combination of his listening to what we liked and his knowledge of his product lines, made a task we had not done in decades, and enjoyable experience.

Front desk lady was very unhelpful when we asked to speak with somebody about purchasing items we had picked out. Acted appalled that we didn't have an appointment. Went home and ordered the same items online at different retailers for less cost than Ferguson's listed prices.

Today I had an appt with Michael Hamric to help me with my orders to ensure I got what I wanted. He was kind, friendly and helpful. He took his time to answer my questions snd helped me complete my order to having my order shipped where I wanted it to go. Thank you Michael for treating me as a valuable customer. Before leaving I decided to look around and I saw a lighting fixture that I needed information so I went to the front desk and the lady front desk went with me to look at the lighting I wanted. She contacted Rachel who helped me get the information on this lighting. These 3 individuals were helpful and kind. They are assets to the company. Thank you all. Judy Hebert

Receptionist does not like to smile. No one accompanies to the items of interest. After searching for an item, a sales person shows up and says. , "She gas only two minutes. ". Ferguson stores are not always like this. This store is pathetic.

i have been a customer of Ferguson for many years and have purchased all of my plumbing fixtures from them for three different houses. The sales staff has always been very helpful with product selection and pricing. Most recently, I purchased all of my master bathroom fixtures from Ferguson, including soaking tub and all faucets and shower fixtures. I anticipate purchasing my lighting fixtures for the bathroom remodel within the coming weeks.

I placed an order at the Richmond, TX location and had a wonderful experience with the sales floor consultant. Unfortunately, when it came time for delivery, the wrong item was delivered and when I attempted to get on the phone to discuss it with them, I could not get anyone from their Richmond location on the line. It was INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING... The number listed on all of their business cards was for a call center. Which is incredibly inconvenient when you're trying to communicate with someone from the actual store. I ended up having to drive into town to the store to get the issue resolved. The receptionist was lovely, as well as Kelly Meyer. Kelly worked really hard to get me all squared away. She was incredibly friendly and SUPER HELPFUL!! If it weren't for Kelly, I would've only given 1 star....
