Minor annoyance
Store closed during regular business hours. IF YOUR CLOSED, TURN OFF THE OPEN SIGN ! Walked all the way up to the door with two arms full off packages because you can’t see the little sign they left saying their closed. Like I said minor annoyance. I use this FedEx on a regular basis and they’re always friendly and helpful.

I carried a box with a devolution that is a mirror wrapped in its original cava with its anime and I told Mrs. that it was a mirror and she told me that she was going to put it as damaged. I told him no because if they are good in perfect condition only that it was too big and he told me that he was going to mark it as well as damaged. I told him that. Or that I was going to take him to another place that he was going to put whatever he wanted. She's pretty bad zeroestrellas

Dee is incredible. I was extremely stressed out from needing to ship documents internationally, and Dee was so kind and accommodating. She put together my documents and helped me sort everything for overnight shipping. She also made sure FedEx grabbed my documents to ship out that day since the pickup driver was already there. I truly appreciate you, Dee! Thank you for being so kind.

FedEx tracking service can be so confusing sometimes and not always updated right away. I walked in this particular store upset but walked out satisfied with the help from Shianna. Thanks again ma’am. You’re awesome!

Very unprofessional totally waste of time and effort they shut down that location zero assistance they hand you a card to email your documents keep saying failed documents after taking to the lady she shows no intention to assist so I left to CVS across 290 and they took care of me so easy.

I had to print some items for my business and originally sent the order to another company. Their quality was poor and very expensive. I cancelled with them and sent my order to Fedex instead and the quality was 10x AND cheaper. The stay at this location was also much more pleasant

Dee is the best employee at FEDEX. She was very kind and did everything possible to ensure my label, which had a printing error, came out correctly. She has a strong sense of customer service.
