Lady taking the packages was rude, inconsiderate, and just a bump on a log. As a White Man I Felt like she was racist towards me and that I ruined her day. Will not be returning to this store, she definitely needs customer service lessons. Do better FedEx.......

5 stars for Chris, the store manager for quickly getting my shipment out.
The other rude lady disappeared and kept me waiting for 10 minutes before Chris took over.

Had a very unpleasant experience here. A young man (employee) by the name of Kevin came up to me at 6:55 and said that the store would be closing in 5 minutes. Totally fine, advised I was just waiting on my code that apparently took some time for the their system to send back to me so I could print time sensitive paperwork. He responded he could give me a list of locations that we’re still open after I said I just needed a few minutes to print (again, was a waiting on their system to provide me with a code) and would prefer that over having to drive to what would be location 30 minutes out only to have to start the process all over again. He then turned off the lights where I was working at, at 6:57 after reiterating they close at 7. As some one who has worked in customer service, I understand wanting to close out at a certain time, I have never seen an employee turn off the lights while a customer was still in the building and much less minutes away from leaving and told to drive across town.

I needed to make some copies and I asked a blk cashier for help she was so rude , unprofessional and unwilling to help , that's a not ok to have person like her who deal with different people every day in this business, it was a very bad experience, she was a freak.

On my last 2 visits to this location, Ms. Sydneye provided me w/ outstanding customer service.She is very professional and personable. She's also very efficient and can readily answer any questions related to shipping matters.

I understand some days are better than others nuts the lady who is ALWAYS there is just short and somewhat rude. No matter how polite a customer is to her, she’s extremely short and dismissive. Y’all used to have a more pleasant staff and wish you’d get more people who understand how to work with the public.I only come to this location because it’s closest to my job.

Staff really hate when you want to use their printing services to print other carriers labels. The site manager took 10 minutes and helped other customers take care of their issues before returning to help me with printing a label.He then proceeded to print a copy of the label on regular paper in color and then told me if I wanted to stick it to the package I could buy a roll of packing tape, while there was a tape dispenser sitting on the desk next to us.I asked why I couldn't just use .01 cents worth of tape to apply the paper he printed instead of the label I asked for and he told me that if I shipped with Fedex instead, he'd be happy to let me use the tape.Been going here to print docs and ship items for years. Never using this location again.

Customer service was hit and miss.This evening the rep was short with me and condescending. I came in just before closing and that was all she communicated, closing in 2 minutes.I had a simple question , her response was snippy and she said "I was doing it wrong"I wasn't, I just had a question about a message it was showing which I learned after she shut me down verbally three times, doesn't pertain.I believe I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. Another person of a different ethnicity was treated very differently. I will not be back.
