FedEx's front desk was helpful in packing and shipping glass frames out of state. She listened to previous overseas shipping woes. This experience although expensive , ensures my packages arrive safely and insured. tracking apps help.

Definitely not on their game lately. They somehow managed to lose an 80 lb plastic case this summer and most recently I can’t confirm delivery of a 2-day envelope. When you can’t rely on USPS or FedEx, I guess you have to drive it there yourself. Never using this location again.

Great service!! I was having the hardest time trying to order my daughter’s birthday invitations to print online so I came in to ask for help. Tameka T. Walked me through the website and how to do it. I was then able to put the order in and she got them printed and ready for me so quickly all while juggling a million other customers and being an absolute delight. I am so appreciative, thank you Tameka!

I needed to make 400 hundred copies of documents. I had some editorial and technological problems, but Paige was extremely friendly and helpful! She explained all the instructions and helped to make it happen. Thank you, Paige! You’re the gem in the office!

I came in panicking and in a rush. Paige helped me with my many dilemmas and questions about my projects. I was in a rush and she was patient with me over the phone and once I got there. Her professionalism, calm spirit, speediness, and knowledge about the printing products made my day literally. She helped me quickly out of my jam without rudeness. Once she finished she gathered her belongings to go home. When I asked she said that she was due to get off 30 minutes ago, but stayed to help complete my job. She's a star employee and I thank her. Though I live 40 minutes away I will definitely come back to this location because I was treated 10 times better and that's what matters to me. Fedex please recognize and appreciate Ms. Paige because she recognizes and goes over and literally beyond to make the customers at ease.

This is my second time here this month. I just want to say the service is absolutely on point. Above and beyond, kind and polite. Erica helped me and it was such a perfect. Im an account manager of a business in the area and i must say she hit every point of 100% satisfactory service. Thank you!!!! This location will be my go to for all my shipping needs
