Very bad experience with them. Today, Monday, I am at home waiting for a package. I was even waiting outside. I never saw the FedEx truck, and when I checked the tracking it says they couldn't deliver it because there was no one to sign for it. That's a lie, since I was there the whole time and I never saw the FedEx truck. I am very upset. This isn't the first time, and I find the driver very incompetent.

FedEx Delivery Manager (online tool for customers) allowed me to say I did not want deliveries for a few days until I got back home, but then FedEx continued to attempt to deliver while I was not home and counted all three attempts while I was gone as delivery attempts. I asked for the 3rd attempt that should have happened after I got home to occur and they refused. Instead, they hold on to the package for 5 days and then send it back to the shipper. Why put that option on your website if it doesn't actually work/function as intended? More system integration and user acceptance testing needs to be done with that FDM system because FedEx delivery personnel did not get notified from the FDM system in a timely manner.

Horrible service, they just look at you and expect you to talk and then when you try to ship something a don’t have a label they get upset because they have tho physically work. I would recommend going to another location if possible.

They never follow delivery instructions. I give them the gate code and directions to my apartment. If the rental office is not open they don’t even try to deliver. They just say attempted no one available or business is closed. You are not delivering to a business. I have been home all day waiting for this package. I have a Ring doorbell there was no attempt. This is about the 4th time FedEx delivery driver has done this. This package weighs 95lbs I’m over 60 with bad knees and can not bring this package to my 2nd floor apartment by myself. Stop trying to leave packages at the leasing office and follow directions and quit lying about delivery attempts. And I do not have a door tag I like to know where they left the door tag. Probably on the leasing office door.

I took off work all day to wait and sign for my package. I satin my garage and waited on them to deliver it within the timeframe. No one showed up. I’m refreshing the tracking info to make sure no delays have popped up. Again, no one has come to my home. I then see the “we tried to deliver” update along with this picture. I’m very upset that I’ve taken time off of work to accept and sign for my package, just for them to lie and post a picture of something random. This is not my home. My windows have never been that clean! I was told I can go pick up my package which is over an hour drive for me. I cannot take off work tomorrow and lose more money than I already am doing today, to add time and gas that I didn’t plan. This is a huge inconvenience.
How do I know the driver didn’t steal my delivery? How do I know if the driver wasn’t going to make on time, so they used a picture of some random person’s home that they already had saved and used it for this fake attempt to deliver? Can you tell I’m upset?! Yea! I am! 😤
Update: I was highly upset and I drove up there to pick up my package the same day because I had no choice. My package was supposed to be delivered at 12 but because of a lie, I had to wait until they went back to the facility, to see if it was there. I had to be idle and drive in traffic to get there and it was not close to my home.
As upset as I was for damn near the whole day, the lady at the front who serviced me was a pleasant young Black woman who helped me efficiently. I don’t know if she could sense my frustration, but she helped lightened my mood. Thank you! I had no choice but to spend the rest of my off day waiting on my package because I couldn’t take another day off for the same thing. Glad I didn’t have to and in the end, I secured the package. Thank you again to the front desk for turning things around. From 1-3 stars based off her customer service. The driver, not so much.

Very bad service, they are irresponsible, I have been waiting since May 14 for a package and they have not yet delivered it to me, they have supposedly readmitted delivery and they never arrive, they are unresponsible and with their way of proceeding they provide a bad service to their customers.

Service was great ,the only issue was that the package was out on transit and not at the wear house. No issue came back later. Thank you guys.

I got a door tag DT107094548672 but this number not in the system
The shipment not delivered until now
Our office is gated they must call us for opening
Phone number address all there in the shipment
Why these much delay and don't have a live contact number for fedex in Houston.
We are giving contact for contact us if there is any difficulty.
Fedex must have a system customer relationship
Now one week I am waiting for shipment
