The staff that I had was very kind to me, and very fast, I had to go get my package because I couldn't open the door for delivery and I got very angry, but both on the phone and in person they were very patient and I appreciate it because I don't know how to control the emotions of my menopause, thank you

FedEx corporate people you talk to on the phone are liars and garbage. The ladies at this facility however made my experience better.
