“The FedEx driver claimed to have made a delivery attempt, but never came to my apartment. The delivery proof was just a photo of the surroundings of the complex, not my actual door. This shows the driver never tried to deliver the package. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.”

Whenever i have a package scheduled for Saturday I never get it on that day. Seems like the drivers are trying to have a easy short Saturday. This is not acceptable

I have a tracking number that shows my package has been at the FedEx Cypress location since 7/30, it is now 8/12. Is it lost under a desk somewhere? A forgotten corner? Is someone doing the office ladies nails with it?? I just want my package. 📦
Update: I received the package magically after leaving a scathing review however it must have been left in the sun in a forgotten nook and the set of 60 became 56. Note the four Holes in the packaging where polish should be also the sticky dry polish on the packaging and the rest of the bottles. What else is missing? Oh just the power cord for the lamp so the 56 UV polishes that I do have is now useless without the UV light. 🙃 I have to reorder and pray to the shipping gods that it doesn’t get routs through cypress

My wife's having an emergency surgery and instead of abandoning my company's truck and flying home, I waited for a load. Fedex and my contractor said they'd work with me yo get out as soon as possible. The manager here decided to punish my co driver and I for wanted to be in a rush and sent us to do a drug test. Wasting several hours while our load was ready the whole time. How did the dispatchers respond when I voiced my situation to them? By antagonizing me and trying to get me to lash out. I don't know if it's a Texas thing or if these people are just a special breed of clowns. Good luck if you're sent here.

Packages that come through this location either become “lost” or extremely delayed with no updates whatsoever. If yours gets cycled through here, consider it a loss and reorder. Massively disappointed to say the least!

Very disappointing system. My delivery was scheduled for 7/10 but got delayed to 7/11. I didn’t make a big deal, delays happen. But now it’s 7/12, and I still don’t have my package, even though it’s supposedly been on the truck. I'm still waiting on Albert. Honestly FedEx services has declined over the years and I stopped using it, unfortunately the shipper of my current package selected them.

Disappointed with the FedEx Cypress Hub. They “lost” my package and never gave the Veteran owned company an acceptable reason. Fortunately the company offered me a credit and I made a new purchase, which has now been delayed at another hub for several days without any update. I tried calling that hub at 10am on a Wednesday but it stated that, they weren’t accepting calls at this time.

Pack a b.fast,lunch n dinner.
For a company that promotes integrity they don't honor outside trucker hours.
CI @ 8:15am for a 12pm drop.
Was told to dolly down.
It's 15hrs and folks at the window have no eta as to when unload will start.
FedEx-There in the shipping business....
Had to cancel my next load.

I've been to more than 20 FedExs, and this is the worst one I've ever been to! There is no sense of time at all, and they are always late! If you come here, please be prepared, if you are lucky, you may need to waste a day here.
