My freight delivery was scheduled to be delivered today but once the package arrived in Dallas it sat there for over 12 hours and never moved. Eventually they said weather delay BUT it didn't even rain in Dallas. Isn't it convenient they have that option to choose?

This FedEx location is like trying to penetrate the pentagon. Way too much information to excess picking up a package. When FedEx drop stuff at my front door and doesn't even ask for it to be signed. I had the tracking number and I had the information address wise, that was on the package now this was a pretty good size parcel it was approximately 5 ft long and 2 ft square. But they were asking for copies of photo IDs they were wanting my driver's license number they were wanting my physical address, and none of this is necessary to pick up a parcel when you have the tracking information.

They are the the worst. My order was scheduled to arrive on Friday and they keep laying to me every day. Very bad and disrespectful dispatcher.
