I received the absolute best Customer Service with the help of the assistant manager at this location. I didn’t get his name but he worked on August 2, 2024 at 2:30pm. He was very patient understanding willing to help me. I don’t do reviews often, but his service really changed my day.

Great service, but the hours posted on Google and their door are incorrect, they do not open at 9am on Saturdays, they don't unlock the doors till 10am

This is THE best FedEx in the Greater Houston Area hands down. It is always clean and cool and the people are very helpful and professional. The print department and the best of the best, Zakir are top-tier and very experienced. So grateful for his help!
