Teach your employee to value customer.
I had multiple packages with some of UPS. Bymistake I tool the UPS labeled parcel inside and he was like it’s not our. Please see and then come in next time.
When I walked in with the correct one he told me to go self kiosk and leave it there.
I am like take it at the counter since the package was about 26 lbs. but he didn’t care.
Dear FEDEX.
Teach your employee KHALID customer service or else find some good sensed ppeople

Went to FedEx and walked in a gentleman greeted me. I stood in line to get help and finally got help. Now what had me upset some elderly women came in and no one greeted them no one even tried to help them. The elderly lady went to the counter and a guy by the name of John treated them like trash. The elderly lady said she needed help to make a copy. He was on the other side of the counter just kept saying you need a card yelling at them. The elders ladies were Hispanic and she didn’t really understand him. After about a minute of yelling at them, I said get from behind the counter and help the people. After he came from behind the counter, he stood on the opposite side of the machine talking loudly to the do this do that. All he had to do was just show them. Just lazy.

Stood in line with a box for a nobody bother to mention that they have a self service station where you can scan your own return codes. So im here to tell people who are reading the review that they dont need to wait in line as the representatives may literally work with someone for a Long time and not even look on the waiting line.

Went to turn in an equipment for att early in the morning. And I could sense the attitude with the women Ceyanna. It’s like she didn’t even want to be there so early yawning right in front of me and a lack of energy. Customer service is not her strongest point. Fed ex do better with this location. Horrible

A person named Jesse attended to me, he spoke to me arrogantly and made me look bad because I told him that I only spoke Spanish, but as soon as I entered the store a white person, perhaps an American, asked him how his day was and he even laughed out loud. He, and he continued to attend to me, Ami, did not thank me and did not respond when I said thank you to him, I felt discriminated against by him and he is also Hispanic.

Ron the Assistant Manager helped me today ship off some documents. He was fantastically upbeat and great to interact with. The whole staff seemed super positive overall and the interior of the building had a great and well maintained aura.

Khalid is RUDE. I stopped going to the location nearest my job (Meyerland) for this exact reason. Come in, say good morning. He just stands like a statue not saying anything. People that are not people-friendly should not accept customer service positions.

I would not recommend going to this FedEx if you are a disabled veteran or a person who has a problem using devices emails and certain things on your phone don’t come here looking for assistance because they are more interested in playing with each other and laughing I believe because of my appearance, and me, being young and black, and in shape, I think that it was less necessary to receive help and more necessary to receive sarcasm and rudeness And someone pointing at a sign, who is obviously training, but I believe the others here need to be trained as well. Maybe I should’ve came in here in a wheelchair and I would’ve got more help. Maybe if I would’ve came in here looking like I was 80 years old I would’ve got more help, but I finally was able to take care of this printing job after maybe 20 minutes For something that I could’ve been assisted within five minutes thank you for helping a veteran take care of some study tools, which, for some is a easy task, but for me can be very stressful, but in my true honest opinion a sign a box and a desk could’ve done you woman’s jobs I’m ashamed to say all of you look like me and unprofessional for there to be 4 people working here today I shouldn’t of had that problem
