FedEx Overnight service is terrible in Houston area. Never attempted to deliver and just told you to pick up at this location if you need your package in urgent. Lazy and not responsible

Drivers are horrible, for 1 your not suppose to be backing up into someone's driveway just in case you don't cause any damages or incidents. Also, he stacked the boxes in front of my car, what if they would have fallen over and damaged my car? What if someone would have came up and took the packages since you have them so close to the street? And than the cake on the icing, when he saw me come outside he hurried up and closed the back doors and drove off. This is the second time I have had to file a complain. I have done Amazon delivery and usps so I already know the rules when it comes too delivering, when it's alot of packages you put it by the door or in front of the garage, If the car was in the way he could have at least knock on the door and I would have moved my car. This happened today on 8/17/2024. Look at all that space in the picture where he could have put it behind my car!

this dispatch center SUCKS. they don't follow instructions, I've had 4 missed scheduled pickups for packages within the last 3 weeks. i don't have a car nor a Dropbox within a reasonable distance to walk in TEXAS HEAT IN THE SUMMER so pickup is my only option for making sure packages are delivered for my job. The fact that this has been recurring is reflecting badly upon me when I provide the drivers and the customer service reps with my apartment number phone number and detailed information to find my apartment. There has been NO resolution thus far. I'm pissed off and it's ridiculous that I have to call FedEx several times everytime i schedule a pickup for them to make excuses everytime. DO YOUR JOB OR WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had a shipment of three boxes that had a delivery date of 08/14/24. The packages were coming from my job. I stayed home all day on the 14th - 16th waiting on the packages. Everyday the tracking would say “package delayed” so I thought it was something going on with FedEx. I finally called customer service and they advised me that the driver attempted to deliver on the 14th and the 15th. I have cameras on my door and pointing towards each staircase. The FedEx driver never came to the door or even up the stairs for that matter. When drivers come to the door they leave a tag on the door. But guess what? No tag was left because no one ever came to the door. But on the 16th because my fiancé was at home I left to run an errand. When I got back I sat downstairs in the car. I saw the FedEx truck pull up, but noticed that the driver never got out. After a little while the driver (black female) started backing out. So something told me to check the tracking to the package and guess what…she sat her lazy behind in the truck and marked the packages as “delivery attempted”. I immediately called customer service but of course they were very little help. I ended up having to pick the package up myself today since “delivery was attempted” on 3 different days. Customer service gave me the address to this FedEx facility and told me to pick up today (8/17/24) between 8 am and 2 pm. I made it there at 7:53 am and it was several people waiting outside. Only for the facility to not open until 8:30. When I called customer service on Friday 8/16/24 they informed me that I could make a complaint while picking up the packages. I asked the cashier who was at the front about making a complaint and she said it had to be done via customer service. I then asked could I speak to a supervisor since the driver was from that facility. The cashier said she tried to get a supervisor but they declined to come down to speak to me. She also suggested that I leave a Google review because in her words not mine “even if you leave a complaint nothing is going to happen.” When she bought the packages they weren’t even big. I guess FedEx drivers are able to not do their job and it’s okay because nothing is going to happen anyways.

Joyce & Sonya (excuse me if I misspelled the names) have been more than helpful throughout the process. Just want to recognize how hard they work and the effort they put in making sure customers are taken care of in a quick and easy manner. Thank you guys for continuing to provide 5 ? customer service with a smile!

I just have to rave about JOYCE GUNN. She went above and beyond to locate a desperately needed package that contained my chemo medication. It required a direct signature upon delivery. Of course, I wasn't home when they tried to deliver it. The next day I had my treatment and needed to take the medication with it that day. Fedex was going to attempt delivery again, and I wouldn't be home to receive it.
After several phone calls to FedEx I couldn't get any information on the package whereabouts. I decided to go to the facility right before closing at 755p hoping I could pick it up there.
At the counter, fortunately for me i got Joyce to wait on me. She immediately called the driver and found out she was there picking up other packages. So she ran back only to discover the package had been placed on the belt with about 7000 other packages! All hope seemed to be lost. She asked how big the package was, I said small. She checked the computer and said, wait, I think I know where it would be. She ran back for several minutes. The store had closed at 8p. She came back to the counter panting heavily with the package!!!
In this day and age it's rare to encounter a customer service person who goes above and beyond like Joyce did. She deserves kudos and recognition for making a customer feel valued. Her compassion for my situation gave a challenging day a very happy ending. She is a precious commodity to your company and should be greatly rewarded.

Never received my package that was worth 300 dollars I paid extra for early delivery bc of my bday shows delivered but no proof of delivery tracked the package while working all day just to get home no package I will never do any type of business with FedEx !!!!!!

They couldn't deliver but couldn't be bothered to call the sender or receiver to let someone know. Once I made address correction I was told I would receive an update after I opened a help ticket still nothing. Called back a third time was hung up on. 4th attempt nothing had been updated in the system. Now I am being told there will be additional fees when I already spent $28 to ship 1lb flat package. I am picking this up from Fed Ex to deliver myself faster than these clowns. What happened FedEx ? You used to be good.

Horrible customer service. As I showed up, another guy walked in behind me. There were two women standing in front of me. When the guy that walked in after me, walked in front of everyone looked around, a lady came from the back and asked him if he was next. I spoke up and said that he came in after I did, and these two women appeared to be next. She told me that it was none of my business and that they could handle their own business, and then when the guy tried to explain that he was there a little bit earlier. She told him he didn’t need to even speak to me. I never seen a custom representative that was disrespectful in such a nonchalant manner. That means use to doing this quite a bit. I am messaging the company that I purchased my package from, who chose to use this company so that next time they will consider using UPS the USPS.

For me this is the worst package delivery station that exists in the United States, very bad coordination, terrible coordination, they never deliver your packages in the exact time, they lie to you, for me it is a disgrace, FedEx, my husband had to stop working and it never arrived.

The front desk receptionists are Clowns here! I came in to drop off my express packages at 6 pm ( cut off time is 8pm ) the lady clown at the counter told me i cannot just come in here and drop off packages. Apparently 50 packages is alot to a main fedex facility. And they dont allow you to drop them off.
Funny because they haven’t been coming to pick up since Monday due to the hurricane.
I completely understand that they can’t pick up due to the weather but i go out of my way to drop them off and a very rude “human being” refuses to get her but off and work a little to scan the packages one by one. Im guessing she is also not aware that fedex has a conveyer belt which automatically scans the package…
Ow did i mention that the manager is also never present for some reason? This has been happening for the last 5 days now. We have to drive all the way to the airport to drop them off to the runway facility. The sweetest lady there help us out perfectly and scans them one by one.
I hope someone sees these multiple bad reviews and does something about it…
